There was a major glitch at the New York Stock Exchange today, and it really did a number on the opening of the market.

Prices were all over the place, and names were halted.

Three of my positions below went to my target. But due to the glitch they won't get filled today, which they really should.

It was a day to step aside.

Here are today’s trades:

  • I bought $TSLA at 142.90, added at 142, and sold at 143.98.
  • I shorted $META at 143.30 and covered at 143.30 -- a flat trade.

I'm still long $ZM. It did hit 71.84, and some STPers took profits. I should have too!

I booked two losers:

  • I bought $PYPL at 80.01 and sold at 79.30.
  • I bought $AMZN at 97.99 and sold at 97.11.

I kept stops tight today!

I have open long positions in $SHOP and $ZM and open short positions in $NKE, $RBLX, and $NFLX.

I did mention in the live trading room that today can be an inside day, and it sure was.

The market action was very whippy.
