Buffett and Berkshire Are Back for More OXY

The most significant transaction on today’s list comes in a Form 4 filing by Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway.

Buffett and Berkshire reported another substantial purchase in Occidental Petroleum Corp $OXY, this time with a total value of $245  million.

Joseph Edelman, the CEO of Perceptive Advisors, reported the acquisition of 2,481,350 shares of Astria Therapeutics Inc $ATXS, equivalent to $30 million.

Director Shiu Leung Chan revealed a purchase of $1.1 million in Super Micro Computer $SMCI.

In another Form 4, Home Bancshares $HOMB chairman and CEO John W. Allison bought shares for a total amount of $454,824.
