🔎 Technology Follows Through on Breakout

We can see among our sector table that the strongest groups have barely budged in the last two months; in other words, the same groups continue leading the market higher.

One of them is Technology $XLK, which completed its breakout with an incredible amount of momentum and keeps following through.

This group, like many others in the green quadrant above, just can't stop going up; they have literally moved in a straight line higher.

And while we could argue the shorter-term trends are extended and some sideways action is in order, the longer-term trends tell us these major moves are only beginning.

These long-term breakouts tend to precede further all time highs and are conducive to an environment where investors are rewarded for their exposure to risk.
