The best opportunities in this market aren't necessarily the ones making headlines.
In fact, some of the strongest charts are coming from places most investors haven't looked in years.
That's what makes this environment so interesting.
While mega-cap stocks take a breather, money continues rotating into under-owned groups quietly improving beneath the surface.
One of my favorite examples right now is insurance.
Not exactly the most exciting industry to talk about.
But the chart doesn't care.
After spending the last year and a half consolidating in a broad sideways range, the SPDR S&P Insurance ETF $KIE has finally absorbed the overhead supply and broken to new highs.
Take a look:
As long as KIE holds above this breakout level, I think the path of least resistance remains higher.
And that's constructive not just for insurance stocks, but for the broader financial sector as well.
Digging into the individual names, one chart immediately stood out.
Lemonade $LMND.
Unlike traditional insurers, Lemonade was built as an AI-driven insurance platform.
The company uses automation and data to underwrite policies, process claims, and scale across renters, homeowners, pet, and auto insurance.
The chart is just as compelling as the story.
LMND has completed a massive multi-year base after spending years repairing the damage from its prior cycle.
More recently, buyers stepped in exactly where they needed to, defending a key support level that also coincides with the VWAP anchored to the all-time highs.
To me, that's an important sign that longer-term control is shifting back to the buyers.
And just last week, the stock reclaimed the VWAP anchored to the year-to-date highs, adding another piece of evidence that the next leg higher may already be underway.
To me, LMND looks like one of the more interesting setups in the insurance space right now.
